Smt S. K. Gandhi Arts, Amolak Science, P. H. Gandhi Commerce College, Kada occupies a unique position in the annals of education in the country. The institution is known for its open access to students from all angles of the society. This includes various communities, income groups and interests.
The well-equipped college library has a collection of over 10000 books, journals and periodicals, ranging from some of the oldest and rarest books in the country to the latest and the most contemporary. There are equally modern and well equipped the computer and science laboratories, which adequately refine the students’ abilities. Besides teaching and learning, the students can also avail of the state of the Art Fitness Centre, set up in the Gymkhana. The college also boasts of a basketball ground of its own. It is thus no surprise that some of the most successful sportspersons have blossomed here. Infrastructure goes a long way in enriching the teaching learning experience. The college has recently obtained ‘B’ grade by NACC.
The interests of the students have always been at the heart of dedicated teachers, who are eminent personalities in their area of expertise. With the blessings of Shri Amolak Rishiji Maharaj, Shri Amolak Jain Vidya Prasarak Mandal, Kada, Tal. Ashti, Dist. Beed established Smt. S. K. Gandhi Arts, Amolak Science and P.H. Gandhi Commerce College, Kada on 22th July 1996, considering the needs of the economically backward and minority students of Kada locality. The college started with three faculty of U.G. level with 40 students. Presently there are 900 students including P.G. (Hindi), chemistry course and 43 teaching staff and 20 non-teaching staff is actively involved in teaching learning subject and evaluation process.
