Beed (MS ) and follows all the rules and regulations which are implemented by Govt. of Maharashtra . The college is registered under the Society Registration Act by Govt. of Maharashtra and affiliated to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad (MS). The College has a Governing Body runs as per rule and regulations made by Government from time to time. The College comes under ‘Grant in Aid’ category. Therefore financial transactions are audited by the Government. The College has various Committees to maintain all types of disciplines in the campus and are established under Statutory Act and comes under section 4 (1) (b) of RTI Act 2005. The application under the RTI Act along with a postal order/demand draft for Rs.10.00 in favour of Principal Smt. Shantabai Kantilal Gandhi Arts, Amolak Science & Pannalal Hiralal Gandhi Commerce College Kada may be send to the Public Officer (PIO) or handed in office. All information about the college under section4 (1) (b) of RTI Act 2005 is available for the public and it can be obtained by any citizen of India.
