IQAC

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell of the college was established after the first accreditation. The IQAC prepares future plans every year and takes the review of the implementation of the same through AQAR.

Initiatives of the IQAC such as student research project, mini research project (for the newly appointed teachers) were appreciated by the NAAC peer team.

Understanding the significance of the ‘Quality’ in imparting higher education, the college decided to go for ISO 9001: 2008 in 2013-14. After preparing vigorously for the Quality Management System (QMS), the college got ISO 9001:2008 certificates in 2014. This enabled the collegeto pursue the Academic Audit to achieve the excellence. Now the college has a system for

* Procedures to ensure that quality standards are met.
* Procedures that are systematically monitored for conformance.
* Identification and analysis of cause’s non-conformities.
* Elimination of the causes of problems through appropriate corrective action
