Career Guidance Cell
The Career Guidance Cell encompasses the concept of educational, vocational, personal and all other forms of guidance. It aims at enhancing the social image and status of the students and develops his personality, which is the soul aim of career guidance cell. The college has started promoting the activity of developing students’ skill for various competitive examinations and campus selection programs by arranging special lectures on personality development, in the field of administration, professionals and other related disciplines. For this purpose, Career Guidance Cell is established in the year2016with the following aims and objectives. The cell prepares the students for campus interviews and job placement and train the students for competitive and civil service exams. It arranges training programme on soft skill development and provide career counseling. The cell organizes lectures and seminars on personality development, Interpersonal relationship, communication skills and presentation skills to enable all round development of individuals. It provides information on professional development courses.
Aims and Objectives
• To motivate students for prospective career in Government and Corporate Sector. • To intensively guide students for competitive Examinations like MPSC other competitive and entrance exams. • To guide students for Group Discussion and Interviews. • To build among students a sense of awareness, provide guidance, necessary literature, brochure and other information about various competitive examinations. • To provide guidance in various examinations such as SET/ NET, Banks, Railways, Public sectors and corporate etc. • To conduct mock interviews and train students in personality development and communication skills.
