Sports

In college we provide the facilities to students who are more active in sports. We give special attention on indoor and outdoor games. We have established dominance in Basketball and volleyball, chess and cricket tournaments. We conduct yoga camp and also encourage female students for their participation in order to inculcate the habit of physical exercise among the students. Facilities for extracurricular activities fitness centre, 200 mtr running track, grounds for outdoor sports like Cricket, football, volleyball, kabaddi, kho-kho are available. We have a large playground which we use for handball, volleyball, badminton, kabbadi and cricket practices. Sports students are given preference in admission. We give scholarships for sports students as per the recommendation of the sports director. Students participating in sports events are given travelling and refreshment allowance. Students get sports kit free of cost. We host tournaments in our campus on behalf of University and other sports associations.
