Student Grievance Redressal Cell

Hon. Principal Dr. Rathi N.S. established Student Grievance Redressal Cell in the college to resolve the students issues and facilitate the curricular and extra-curricular activities. The Student’s Grievance Cell desires to promote and maintain a conducive and unprejudiced educational environment. The Cell enables a student to express feelings by initiating and pursuing the grievance procedure in accordance with the rules and regulations of the institute. ‘Student’s Grievance Cell’ enquires and analyses the nature and pattern of the grievances in a strictly confidential manner. Emphasis on procedural fairness has been given with a view to “the right to be heard and right to be treated without bias”.

Objectives:-

  • To support those students who deprived of any service (s) by any functional unit of the institute. 
  • To put efforts for making institute quick, responsive, and accountable for dealing with the students.
  • To ensure effective solution to the students’ grievances with an impartial and fair approach.
  • Redressal of Students’ Grievances to solve their academic and administrative problems.
  • To co-ordinate between students and departments to redress the grievances.
  • To guide ways and means to the students to redress their problems.
  • To create harmonious educational environment

Procedure:-

  • The students may feel free to put up a grievance in writing and drop it in boxes.  
  • The Grievance Cell will act upon those cases, which have been placed in complaint / suggestion box.  
  • The Grievance Cell will assure that the grievance has been properly solved in a stipulated time limit provided by the cell.
